How I Build

Build the software foundation first.

I start with clean data models, reliable APIs, practical interfaces, and clear workflow states. AI is added where it creates leverage, not where normal software should be doing the job. Clean models, APIs, interfaces, and workflow states first.

Design for integration pressure.

Ship usable systems, not demos.
